Settings Page Updates

We have updated the Settings pages to include a more user-friendly interface. Managing your filters for your users and/or domains is now even easier. Current users may sign in to their account to see the changes.

Upgraded System Capacity

We have increased the existing capacity of the FilterLabs system. This upgrade allows us to handle over 10 times as many inbound connections. In addition, the email storage system has also been increased in size and additional fault-tolerance has been added.

New Feature: Manage Settings for New and Current Users

Our domain-level and master-level accounts may now manage the settings for both all their current users as well as all defaults for all new users. Once you sign in, simply click the "Current Users" or "New Users" links under the "Manage" tab to access these new features.

New Domain Name Aliasing Feature

We're pleased to announce we now have domain name aliasing functionality available to our customers. For example, by specifying that a domain name alias of "alias.com" point to the domain "domain.com" all mail sent to a user at "domain.com" will also be delivered to that user at "alias.com". A domain alias only takes up one account slot for the postmaster account.

FilterLabs Interface Launch To The Public

FilterLabs Website Under Development

We are currently redeveloping FilterLabs' website in an effort to provide better service to our clients. The new version of our website will launch new features and added levels of control over your spam filters and e-mail accounts.
